Soft Ripened Cow's Milk Cheese from Franche-Comte region of France. It is matured in a terracotta dish because of its fragile nature when young and holds dense form as it slowly ripens.
It has fresh, earthy aromas with creamy, buttery flavors and slight citrus tang in the end. Terracotta dish can be heated gently after removing the packaging for an elegant presentation.
