You can cancel your order by calling us at 1 (800) 605 5064 within 30 minutes of placing your order. The order needs to be placed during our business hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
You are also welcome to call or email us at anytime and we will attempt to cancel your order if it has not already shipped. Of course we will provide an immediate refund on the same payment method you used to process your order.
Items sold on myPanier may be subject to state and local sales tax or other similar state and local transaction taxes. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend on various factors, including the items purchased, the shipment destination, the identity of the seller and that seller’s tax collection obligations.
Eligible governmental, non-profit, charitable and similar organizations should email all tax-exempt requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a copy of applicable state or federal exemption certificates. Eligible tax exemptions will be processed by myPanier and tax will not be charged on future purchases made by eligible tax-exempt accounts.
United States: myPanier offers free shipping on orders over $49. To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated tax needs to be at least $49. (You can’t combine multiple orders to reach that number).
Small orders cost more to fulfill, so there is a shipping fee of $5.95 on orders under $49.
Canada: Orders shipped to Canada do not quality for free shipping. Rates are calculated based on distance, weight and volume, and do not include any potential Canadian customs duties & Taxes. Canadian customers should refer to CBSA for more info.
International: Please contact us for international shipping.
To make sure we can deliver items as soon as possible, you need to place your order by 11am Pacific Time. Please keep in mind that there’s no delivery on Sunday or major holidays. If the order is received after 11am PST, it will ship the next business day.
We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors or changes to orders. In any cases, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding your shipment, or the tracking of your orders.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase! (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, $5.95 will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (less the return) is less than $49.
Perishable items cannot be returned by mail. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order, with your order information, an explanation of the issue and whether if you prefer a refund or replacement.
