Your friendly "fika" reminder

Your friendly "fika" reminder

Coming back from a long weekend doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to take a “fika". This Swedish tradition is all about making time for a little break, especially on #NationalBiscuitDay! Inspired by her grandmother Rut, Ulrika Pettersson started Unna Bakery to keep this delicious custom alive. The traditional way of taking a fika is to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a cookie AT LEAST once a day! And these Raspberry Cave buttery cookies made with handmade jam are absolutely yummy for it. You wouldn’t want to offend grandmother Rut, right? 😉⠀⠀
