Alsa - Creme Patisserie (Pastry Cream) Mix, 390g (13.8oz)

Alsa makes it easy to create homemade French Creme Patisserie (pastry cream) to use as a filling for cakes and tarts. With half a liter of milk and one satchet, you can create custard for your desserts in 30 minutes!

Ingredients:  Sugar, starch, thickeners


  1. Bring 17 oz of milk to a rolling boil and remove from heat.
  2. Immediately add one bag of Alsa mix and stir with a whisk until the mixture is thick and smooth. Optional: add extra flavor such as vanilla, liqueur, coffee, or anything else.
  3. Transfer mixture inside a bowl and let it cool at room temperature. Stir now and then to eliminate any hard film on the surface.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Gently stir prior to use.
