Ingredients 1 oz gin .5 oz Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup (classic or extra bitter) .5 oz lemon juice 1.5oz of champagne or sparkling wine 1 lemon peel Instructions In a shaker tin with ice, combine the gin with tonic syrup and fresh lemon juice. Strain the mix into a coup, champagne, or Collins glass. Top with 1.5 oz of sparkling wine or champagne and finish off with a lemon peel garnish. Bottoms up !
