3 Summer Cocktail Recipes - myPanier
We enjoy experimenting with cocktail recipes, especially during the summer season. There's so many delicious possibilities to create a signature drink for this time of year.

With the season now in full swing, we thought it'd be fun to share a few of our favorite recipes with you. All of the below recipes can be made into 'mocktails' as well. Simply hold off on adding the alcohol and enjoy. If you craft any of the below, make sure to tag us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter so we can see your creations!

Pineapple Sunset

Our first drink we want to share with you is known as the Pineapple Sunset. This refreshing beverage is perfect for an afternoon gathering paired with light bites and great conversation.
To make this, you'll need:
  • 2oz Pineapple Turmeric Apple Cider Vinegar (We love this one from Element Shrub!)
  • 1oz Vodka (We recommend opting for a flavorless vodka, or a pineapple flavored one for optimal taste)
  • A splash of peach juice

Shake all ingredients together, add minimal ice if desired. Garnish with freshly sliced peaches or pineapple and a basil leaf.

Spicy Tropical Whiskey Sour

Need a drink with a little more kick? Then the following recipe is just what you need!

You'll need the following:

Combine whiskey, fruit juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Once combined, fill with ice and shake rigorously for roughly 30 seconds. Strain your cocktail, to remove ice and put one large ice cube in your glass (if desired). Garnish with a green chili and a slice of grapefruit.

Whether you're an amateur mixologist, a professional bartender or you simply enjoy experimenting with flavor, the cocktail spices created by Addition is a tool everyone needs in their home.

Pineapple Spritzer

The last recipe on our list today is one for a refreshing Pineapple Spritzer. This drink is best enjoyed on a blazing afternoon, as it will help cool you down.

Gather the following ingredients:

Once your ingredients have been gathered, use a pitcher to mix the juices and the pineapple turmeric apple cider vinegar. Once throughly mixed, pour into glasses (leave glasses halfway empty). Fill the remaining of the glass with your favorite white wine. We recommend using moscato or pinot grigio for the best flavor.

Garnish with a slice of orange and one or two mint leaves.
