Since 2014, Sauce Bistrot has been developing a range of delicious sauces from France made without preservatives and dyes. All the Sauce Bistrot products are made following the original recipes with authenticity and quality such as the emblematic Béarnaise sauce, only made in Béarn, to find the true taste of good things. Founded by Yannick, the idea came when he was walking down in the main street of Pau called Jeanne d'Albret. He stopped in front of a shop window selling local products & this shop was about to close forever. He suddenly got the idea of producing bearnaise sauce, on his own, with the traditional recipe. That's how the story began.
