Thibault and Nicolas founded in 2020 The Monday Box. The first mission of the friends was well-being through a healthier and more delicious diet. They want to offer an alternative to ultra-processed snacks thanks to good products without artifice, as gourmet, as comforting and as pleasant to eat as industrial products with less sugar and chemistry.
