A true Italian, Kristine Insalaco-Gaioni recalls from her childhood that her mom would make everything from scratch and use only fresh and quality ingredeints, so everything always tasted delicious. One day, she sampled some caramel sauce at a friend's party and was unsatsified with the taste, so she decided it make it herself. Family and friends loved her sauce! Despite making only 4 jars at once at that time, she submitted her caramel sauce to the Good Food Awards and won four years in a row since then!
