Lauren Chew started baking vegan and plant-based cookies with her stepmom in her kitchen, who adopted a fully vegan diet because of her allergies. Though there were a number of vegan and gluten-free food out there, many were in fact not healthy nor made with simple ingredients. Completeats was thus created to introduce a cookie that was clean, yet super tasty!
