Baby Clydesdale owners Justine Marzoni and Dave Mead are a couple from San Diego, California who were on a search for a healthy Sriracha hot sauce made without preservatives. After some experimenting on their own in their tiny apartment four years ago, they were finally able to create one with organic ingredients, without sacrificing any flavor or spice level. Their line of craft hot sauces is named Baby Clydesdale for the “kick” they give!
