Amedei Chocolate was created by Cecilia Tessieri in the Tuscany region of Italy in 1990. Their award-winning artisanal chocolate are made bean-to-bar using single-origin and single varietal cocoa beans. Moreover, their chocolates are certified kosher, gluten-free and produced using only pure cocoa butter.
