Sugar, corn starch 7.9%, modified potato starch, palm oil, egg yolk, glucose syrup, thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum, milk protein, natural vanilla flavoring, powdered vanilla bean, crushed vanilla beans, colorings: riboflavin, rocou, flavoring. May contain gluten.
- Bring to a boil 1/2 liter of milk in a saucepan
- When the milk boils, remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately pour the contents of one packet into the milk. stir with a spatula to obtain a smooth cream
- Pour the cream into a bowl and leave to cool, stirring occasionally
- Cover the bowl before placing it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the cream thickens
