How to Prepare:

  • To prepare quinoa, rise it in cool water and strain
  • Sauté some onion and garlic in a small pot and when soft, add rinsed quinoa and water (1 part quinoa = 2 parts water)
  • Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes
