This nougat is the result of the desire to give this centuries-old confectionery, a new identity and a new taste color.

Thanks to the typical summer chestnut honey from central Brittany, combined with dried fruits roasted in our workshop and our manufacturing method, this nougat is different from the nougats of Provence or the famous Montélimar, with a distinct taste immediately recognizable from the first bite.
