Bella Italia Taglierini is a flat and narrow egg noodle pasta made with all-natural ingredients, such as high quality durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, in accordance to the traditional recipe from Bologna

The traditional recipe calls for a lot of eggs to ensure the flavor and softness of the pasta dough. For Bella Italia’s Fettucine in particular, no less than 6 eggs were used. Eggs laid by local hens are used within 4 days and represent 28% of the total ingedients. The dough is also shaped using only bronze die under low temperatures.
