Barral Nicoises Olives are tiny black olives harvested from the Alpes-Maritimes (most southeast part of France) that have been soaked salty brine for 5-6 months

Tasting Suggestions:

  • Use in Nicoise salad, a salad from Nice traditionally made with tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, Nicoise olives, anchovies and olive oil
  • Try with any Mediterranean dish like baked fish, pizzas or pissaladiere!
