I first launched Dana’s Bakery in 2012 in a small kitchen located in Hawthorne, New Jersey. I have always loved how photogenic these delicate treats looked and how delicious they tasted. However, the ones sold in the U.S. were always the traditional rose and vanilla flavors. I then decided leave my day job as a photo editor to revolutionize the industry with my own unique take of the French confectionary.
