A l’Oliver was founded in 1822 by Eugène Popelin, a pharmacist who introduced the health benefits of Provencal olive oil to local Parisians. Since then, Al’Oliver has continued to be a family-run business, maintaining the same procedure for making olive oils as developed almost 200 years ago.
