Claire Marin was born in Madrid and raised in New York City. She has worked in the publishing world as Vice President, Publisher of Woman’s Day Brand Group. After moving to the small, rural town of Long Eddy in the Catskill Mountains, Claire began making honeys and maple syrups with local farms and trees.
