Peppercorn Sauce, also known as Sauce aux Poivres in France is a creamy and flavorful relish made using green, white and grey peppercorns. Goes well with meats especially steak, French Fries, potatoes and more.

Thaw the sauce in its pouch in your refrigerator overnight, or for a minimum of 12 hours.
- Stove: Pour béchamel sauce in a saucepan and warm up over medium heat for 2-3 mins. Whisk constantly.
- Microwave: Pour in a microwaveable bowl, whisk sauce and warm up on HIGH for 2 mins, whisking 1-2 times until boiling.
Once opened, consume within 24 hours, refrigerated.
