IASA Colatura Anchovy Extract, 100ml bottle
Colatura is the liquid obtained by aging the anchovies in a controlled environment for 9 to 12 months during the curing process. The resulting extract then aged for 3 to 4 years in oak wood barrels before being filtered and bottled.
Rich in flavor and versatile condiment to use with pasta, fish, meats, vegetables and bruschette. Note: Do not add salt to your recipe and add colatura little by little until desired flavor is obtained.
