- How to Use
Wheat flour, non-hydrogenated palm oil, sugar, whey powder (milk), salt, milk protein, stabilizer: E451.
- Preheat the oven to 410°F. In a bowl, pour the contents of one packet, add 6 ounces of warm water, 3 eggs, then 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix for about 1 min until the dough is well blended and stops sticking to the bowl
- Add two tablespoons of oil and mix again vigorously until you obtain a thick and smooth paste
- Cover an oven tray with baking paper, place small piles of dough with a teaspoon, spacing them well apart. If you make chouquettes, sprinkle sugar pearls before putting in the oven
- Bake for about 25 minutes depending on their size, until they are golden brown
