Ingredients: Organic Dried Black Beans
Cooking Instructions: Add 3 parts of water to 1 part of black beans to soak for 8 hours. Drain and add 3 parts fresh water or stock, cook for 11/2 to 21/2 hours. Leave uncovered for firmer beans or partially covered for creamier beans. Add liquid as needed to keep beans submerged throughout cooking time. Season according to taste and enjoy!
