Quesos Rocinante's Goat Cheese with Wine, or "Queso Cabra al Vino", is made from pasteurized pure goat milk immersed in red wine and cured for 1 month. The texture is semisoft and will melt on the palate.

Pairs well with nuts and a cold glass of Cava Brut. The cheese should be left to warm in 16º C before serving.
