Description

La Dunkerquoise crisp chocolate waffle cookies baked with simple flour, brown sugar and pure butter, following a traditional French recipe from 1904!

Each Tray includes 3 bags with 7 cookies inside each. Comes in a vintage box decorated in an "Art Nouveau" style, a "New Art" movement that flourished in the early 1900s.

Founder Louis Preneel came up with the recipe for these French Flemish waffles back in 1904. Since then, La Dunkerquoise has been kneading and baking hundreds of small doughs rolls every day in the same oven! The secret to these delicious treats is actually the baking time and proportions of the ingredients used to create them.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk) 18%, cocoa powder, chocolate 2% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), eggs, salt, natural aroma. May Contain traces of nut.
