Product Information

Description

Philippe Gonet's yellow wime vinegar from Jura area, the mountainous region between Burgundy and Switzerland. Made from Savagnin grapes that are aged for more than six years in barrels that are not topped off as the wine evaporates resulting in yellow wine that is used to make this vinegar. The wine is aged at least two more years in oak barrels before final transformation into vinegar.

It is yellow in color with hues of green and gold, contains notes of walnuts and curry. Excellent accompaniment to chicken, salads, Comte cheese, shrimp, grilled fish, sushis and sashimis.
