Maison Blin is a family business founded in 2016. It crafts gourmet pasta from France with durum wheat flour from their own land in the Parisian Region. The family has transformed an old beet factory in a pasta making workshop. These pastas are made from a short circuit: the family sows durum wheat on their land, harvested by themselves and milled nearby to create unique pastas by combining two flavors mixing natural tastes.
