Caroline Pam and Tim Wilcox started with 1 acre of rented land in Sunderland, MA in 2006 and expanded to the 50-acres they have today. They are committed to growing healthy soils by growing a diverse range of organic crops. They use only natural products and sustainable techniques to grow their vegetables. With an abudance of hot peppers one year, they decided to make Sriracha sauce using the produce they have. The duo now grows over 40 different kinds of peppers and hosts Chilifest, the annual festival celebrating hot peppers in their community!
