It was one fateful night in the summer of 2012 when John Kessler was in his kitchen with a whole bunch of habanero peppers. With his 5-foot habanero tree, he accidentally grew 500 peppers and through trial and error, created a hot sauce that took 1st place at the 2014 Orange County Fair!
