Tina Diep is a Danish architect, designer, food blogger and mom in Brooklyn, New York. Her 1-year old son, Ike, was allergic to nuts and soy and could not have many of the processed snacks available in the market. Inspired by the Nordic recipes she grew up with, she set out to create healthy baked crisps using only simple and natural superfood ingredients.
