Shaun Winter partners with small independent farmers in Oregon to grow heirloom hot peppers that bring unique flavors and heat levels to his Hot Winter craft hot sauces. Each bottle is handcrafted in small batches with organic ingredients and no two bottle is the same because of the nuances in land, farmer and seasonality.
