Terri Maize grew up in Colorado where fresh foods from the field was very common. Her family would spend winter time preserving the tastes of those fresh foods and Hacienda Maize was created in honor of that tradition. Working with local farmers, the Maize family combines Colorado-grown chiles and different spices from around the world to create a line of “Unapologetically Delicious” savory sweet jam and jelly condiments.
