Dana first launched Dana’s Bakery in 2012 in a small kitchen located in Hawthorne, New Jersey. She has always loved how photogenic these delicate treats looked and how delicious they tasted. However, the ones sold in the U.S. were always the traditional rose and vanilla flavors. Dana then decided to leave her day job as a photo editor to revolutionize the industry with her own unique take of the French confectionery.
