Susie Hojel grew up in Mexico City where salsa was always a staple at home. Wanting to make a condiment that captured the flavors she missed from home, Susie made Chile Crunch. Even though Chile Crunch became popular quickly among Denver foodies and demands have risen, Susie still insists on using quality ingredients and cooking each batch by hand.
