All Natural Jams and Jellies

Bonne Maman jams, jellies, preserves and fruit spreads are made with nature's finest ingredients: Fruit, sugar, lemon juice and pectin. They do not contain any preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, sulfites or artificial colors and flavorings you may be trying to avoid.

The full range of preserves and marmalades are gluten-free and Non-GMO Project Verified to be produced without genetic engineering or ingredients derived from GMOs. Made with fruit pectin instead of gelatin, they are the perfect choice for vegetarians, and people who appreciate high-quality, specially prepared products.

Preserves vs. Jelly

Bonne Maman preserves are made by cooking whole fruits with their skins and seeds to create a more full-bodied flavor. Every jar of preserves, from apricot to plum to wild strawberry, contains bites of real fruit.

In contrast, jellies are made from only the juices of fruits. Flavors of muscat grape, black currant, red currant and quince delight with a firm, uniform texture and clear, fruity zing.

Intense Fruit Spreads

The latest addition to the collection is less sweet and more fruit forward. Available in apricot, strawberry and a red fruit blend, Intense Fruit Spreads naturally contain 30 percent less sugar and a full 62 to 67 percent of luscious fruit in each jar.

With a slightly softer set than the original Bonne Maman preserves, these French recipe spreads offer balanced sweetness for toast, yogurt or baked goods such as crumble bars and thumbprint cookies. Intense Fruit Spreads come in smaller, purple-topped 8.2-ounce jars and are best enjoyed within three weeks of opening.

For a bakery bite of France to go along with your coffee or tea and jam, look to Bonne Maman's authentic recipe Petites Tartlets. Each freshly wrapped cookie opens up to a rich, buttery crust filled with classic lemon, raspberry or chocolate caramel.
