Anjali Bhargava was born in Canada, raised in England and now resides in NYC. She grew up surrounded by Indian food, in which turmeric is a powerful ingredient often used in many food and drinks. Bija Bhar was started through Anjali’s quest for wellness, balance and empowerment. She wanted to create food that was good for the body, affordable and easy to integrate into everyday life.
