Description

The renowned Antonio Mattei cookie factory makes the delectable Antonio Mattei Biscotti di Prato.
This Biscotti di Prato, which comes in the traditional blue bag tied by hand with thread, swaps out the almonds in their traditional biscotti for substantial chunks of dark chocolate. Tradition was changed by the chocolate's bittersweet flavor, outstanding airy, crunchy texture, and a golden colour from the free-range egg yolks used in the dough. After a meal, they go fantastically with coffee, Brachetto wine, or Port.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, dark chocolate 20% (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, Bourbon vanilla pod), free-range eggs. May contain traces of butter (milk), soy, pistachios, almonds, pine nuts, and hazelnuts.
