  • Maltodextrin, sugar, freeze-dried lactic ferments. Possible traces of milk.

    1. In a container fitted with a spout. Pour 1L of room temperature UHT whole milk. Then add the contents of one packet and mix very carefully.
    2. Pour the mixture into the jars, then place them open in the yogurt maker.
    3. Close the yogurt maker, then start it according to its instructions. At the end of the cycle (minimum 10h) put the jars in the fridge for about 2h, before tasting them.
